Hillsborough Historic District, NC, 2008

 

Complete renovation of, and 775sf, two-story addition to, 1910 house. 1940s single-floor addition was removed allowing front-to-back center hall to be restored. Design intent was to make a substantial increase in square footage without drawing attention to the new construction.
